• What are your Gluten Free wrap made of?
  We have 11 variants of wraps. All the ingredients are listed in the description below each wrap.

• What’s the shelf life of the Gluten free wraps/ Gluten free pizza crusts?
  A sealed bag can be frozen for up to 12 months from the date of manufacture. Once opened, unused products can be put into a ziplock bag and put back in the freezer.
  
  Thawing can be done by leaving the bag in the refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. The product is designed in such a way that you can put a frozen wrap straight on a hot non stick pan.
  
  The product is made of pure ingredients with zero preservatives- at room temperature, it will get spoilt within 24 hours.
  
  
• Can I refreeze them after thawing the Gluten free Pizza crusts/ wraps?
  In general, after thawing you should not refreeze, as per food safety standards as it degrades the quality of the product.
  
  
• Are your Gluten Free Pizza crust pre-cooked?
  Yes, all Sorted Gluten free Pizza crusts are pre-cooked.
  
  
• Can the crust be made on a pan?
  Yes, it has been done before. Cook it on a hot flat non stick pan and cover it with a lid once the base has reached your desired level of crispness.
  
  
• Which crust is good if you are on a Keto diet?
  1) Almond
  2) Cauliflower and Pea Protein crust
  
  

• What flour do you use for your wraps?
  No flour of any type is used in making our Grain Free and Gluten free Wraps.
  
  
• Can we store them in the fridge?
  We advice you to put the wraps/crusts in the freezer for longer shelf life.
  
  
• Can we store the Gluten free wraps/crusts at room temperature?
  Sorted Gluten free Pizza Crusts and Wraps are preservative free and have no unnatural substances, hence in room temperature, they get spoilt in 24-48hours.
  Hence it is ideal to freeze the Sorted Gluten Free Wraps/ Crusts!
  
• What’s the best way to make a pizza using your crusts?
  Preheat the oven to 220-240 celsius.
  Top your pizza and cook in the oven for 4-5 minutes. If you want your base to be crispy you can finish your pizza on a nonstick pan.
  
  
• Which crust would you recommend which tastes closest to the actual pizza base?
  1) Quinoa
  
• Which wraps are good if you are on a Keto diet?
  All our wraps are made with Vegetables and seeds as the base ingredient along with Pea Protein Isolate. So apart from the Quinoa Wrap, every other wrap has low carbs and hence can be used in a Keto diet.
  
  But if you’re looking for Keto Diet norms of High Fat, Medium Protein and Low Carbs, then the following are the best options
  1. Almond Wrap
  2. Flaxseed Wrap
  3. Black Sesame Seed Wrap

• Can I have these products if I have diabetes/thyroid?
  For any pre-existing medical conditions, we recommend consulting your family doctor/nutritionist on recommendations for what you should order.
  
  
• I have read buckwheat is a grain, why are you using buckwheat?
  Buckwheat is a pseudocereal with grain-like functionality. It is also a cousin to amaranth and they belong to the Amrantheus family, which are seeds, thus nutritionally denser than grains.
  
  
• Are you sure there’s no gluten in this as I have celiac disease?
  We take full guarantee that no glutinous products enter our kitchen, but we do carry the risk of contamination of our raw material during transit.
  

• Do you use any preservatives?
  No, all Get Sorted products are 100% preservative-free.
  
  
• I have a severe allergy to sugar or any form of sugar substitute, do you use sugar in any products?
  We don’t use refined sugar in our kitchen. We use Jaggery in a few products and Erythritol for keto desserts (check labels for products, we are very transparent about our ingredients) but we mainly are for naturally sweetened foods like figs, apricots, and dates.
  
  
• Can you share recipes for wraps and crusts?
  The product labels carry details of the ingredients used in our product, but we can’t share the recipe and method of making it.
  

How often do you deliver to Dubai?
All orders place for Dubai will be delivered within 24 hours.

Are we informed if there are any delivery delays from your end?
Yes, absolutely. We will broadcast a message informing the same(please join our broadcast list when you sign up at the website)

On the days of delivery, if we request an earlier time slot, is it possible?
Yes, it is. You can reach out to us on our WhatsApp business number +971-4-4876-9468 and request us regarding the same.

Do you deliver Pan UAE?
In the initial phase, Home delivery will only be available for Dubai, eventually covering Abu Dhabi and Sharjah in the next phase.
